Wendy's is always good. Deals galore. Four for four. Daughter loves cheeseburger and nuggets and they have a kids meal. Toy included. This one is clean & friendly service.

There serving old version fries... They need to update menu items with the latest wendys option

The food was fine but the staff wasn't very friendly.

Just got back from this Wendy’s . OMG! I order a number 1 double, it’s a single. My bake potato dry! The manager, how the hell shes a manager! Clueless!!! 🤬🤬🤬 I really don’t like to hit working people, but this is ridiculous! I got there it was 3 cars including mine. When I’m at the drive through window, the line wrap around the building. The manager moving in reverse, and stop! Damn!! Never going back! Oh, there was a piece of hair also in the bottom of the bag. Unbelievable 🤬🤬🤬🤬 also, the DT cashier, took my card, oh yes, and she had a phone call, so I have to wait till she’s done talking on the phone for about 3mins with my card in her hand while the MANAGER stood right beside her who didn’t said or did anything about it! Seriously!

Excellent and fast service, my husband bough something avocado salad, my son nuggets, he got a dinosaur to build and I got a small burguer. We will come back soon.

Customer service is a plus.

That restaurant smelled really bad. I had to walk away.

We would like to congratulate employee Mr. Calvin at Wendy's store at 1475 University Dr. Coral Springs. Mr. Calvin delivers excellent customer service. He is attentive, courteous and effective. My husband always says that we come back to the store not because of the sandwiches but because of the great customer service provided by Mr. Calvin at the drive thru. Please pass along our appreciation to Mr. Calvin.

Horrible service. Wouldn't take there own trash. And no trash cans on drive through I will never return to Wendy's again.

This is one of the most disgusting wendys that i have been to.The place is full of flies and it was very unappetizing to sit inside and eat my food.Defiantly will not be returning to this place

Best fast food restaurant in my humble opinion, delicious food on a budget and open so late makes it easy to always have somewhere to eat in a pinch. It's my go to, especially the Baconator. Truly the paragon of beef and bacon combinations. Staff works quickly and is friendly, and when an order took longer to make than usual the manager added in some free fries for me. Amazing. I love this place.

Customer service there was beautiful also my meal was delicious I will always come to this Wendy's any Wendy's at that thank you for great server

Fast service, clean facilities !!!

Have not had Wendy's food in over a decade and decided to give it a try. I had a Dave's Single with cheese and to my surprise it was enjoyable. It was hot and fresh and the cheese was actually melted. The store was very clean and the staff were friendly. A+ I'll visit again

My friend and I went to grab a quick bite here. My first bite into my burger (#4 bacon cheeseburger), I pull a long piece of hair out my mouth. So we go back there, wait in line for a few minutes, and get helped by a lady who just walked in. I show her a picture of the hair and the first thing she says is “that’s not the same burger”. I had to basically force them to give me a refund. The employees whispered and rolled their eyes as if I was lying.Also just seeing this happened to someone else which is funny since they acted so surprised when I brought the hair to their attention. WEAR A HAIR NET.

Food was fresh, but, service is slow.

Very bad and outdated Wendys, The place was understaffed and took 10 mins to get the food, The floor was dirty and sticky, The ketchup dispenser was broken.

Ordered 2 six piece nuggets in the drive thru. They handed me the bag while running my card. I tried a nugget and it clearly was not fried in the last hour. I told her the nuggets tasted awful and said they were too old. She handed me my card, said sorry and closed the window. Uhm what. I get it that it's 830pm and that you might not have fresh ones but maybe offer to make fresh or refund? This isn't the first time with low quality food so finally posted. I'll have to just drive further to the one on Atlantic from now on...

Best Wendy's in town. End of story. Ask for Violeta when you get there!

Food is usually very good when I go but this time my chicken biscuit was burnt dark brown and very crunchy wish I could add a photo

This place obviously knows how to treat their customers. Constantly with a very kind attitude. The food is conveniently priced, regularly flavorful and neat.

Very friendly staff, the gentlemen Calvin taking my order was very pleasant and made this my favorite Wendy's to go to! Highly recommend!

There was a long black hair in my salad SMH... I posted the picture under their photos. Although I called and was offered a "free"(Which would not be free because I paid for the first one, so what should of been said is they will REIMBURSE me then offer me a free salad). I said no and contacted the health department because that was disgusting and I was already away from that location. Do better next time. Wear nets, and stop allowing the women to get away with not fully covering their hair while working.

Ive never seen this before but this Wendys messed up two orders in front of me and then gave me a spicy chicken sandwich when i ordered a cheeseburger. Im not mad im more impressed at how bad this place is. One star is too high

They can't get simple orders right when you let them know they got the orders wrong they tell you that it's you who are delusional and that everything that you asked for was actually in the meal customer service was the worst at his finest I don't know why these people even have jobs that answer the phones when they have situations like this

Absolutely blown away by Calvin's customer service. He was insanely polite, kind and knowledgeable. By far the best experience I've ever had at any Wendy's it was all because of him.

I don't ever think I've seen a lobby of Wendy's like this before. I mean it is so cold and uninviting. No picture's on the wall. Just table and chairs like a run down cafeteria. It was so unimpressive I hesitated to order my salad. Which was good by the way. But the presentation of the restaurant was so undesirable. I would not go back there because of the presentation alone. The guy who could have been a shift manager looked like he just did not want to be there. This location needs a serious face lift from the interior lobby to the employees. Make customers happy going to Wendy's!!!

I love this spot! They have first-cleass dishes, they have a nice menu, The chef in that restaurant is an expert, I like very much eating all their food. The food is always good, the service towards the guests is agreeable. I go often to this place and I not even once was discontended. I recommend it with no hesitation.

Wendy’s just a moment ago I was in line. And one of your employee said “can I take your order”. And then she said HELLO. Anything’s else and HELLO. Which was very rude. I left please don’t go to this Wendy’s very rude employees. The employee night shift at 9:40pm March 4 needs to be fired.

Drive thru service was quick and food was hot.

Check your fries because they will give you cold ones at the drive through. Yuck!

It’s kind of messy but it is my favorite Wendy’s to go to. Also it’s a 5-10 minute drive so it’s very convenient for me... :)

Food is the decent, I ordered a burger with no onions and they give me onions anyways and I ask for spicy nuggets and I get regular nuggets. Their tuna flavored tacos are still good though
